Iryna Musienko - director of the club, Ex-President of the All-Ukrainian Equestrian Federation. She created the first children's riding school in Ukraine according to European standards. Initiated numerous educational programs for equestrian sports specialists in Ukraine. Together with the Professional Equestrian League, she launched the "Olympic Start" project for children.

Nadiya Makasheva -  show-jumping coach of the club. He has been working in the club since 2005. She has FEI trainer’s diploma Level 1. She has numerous personal achievements in sports and  trained many successful young athletes. She prepared many sports horses .

Natalya Bershova is a dressage coach of the club. She has been working at the club since 2018. He has a diploma from the Sumy Pedagogical University in the specialty "Olympic professional sport, dressage", diplomas from many educational programs for trainers of the national equestrian sports federation. Her pupils regularly and successfully perform at official competitions. Besides  dressage she is engaged in the development of vaulting discipline in the club, trains the club's children vaulting team.

Polina Afanasyeva is the coach of the club since 2020. He has diplomas from many national educational programs for equestrian trainers. Trains children and amateurs, prepares them for sports competitions. Actively participates in the development of vaulting, trained as a vaulting coach in Slovakia.

Jost Simerink is a foreign coach of our club. Professional athlete and coach of KNHS (the Netherlands). In the Netherlands, he is the co-founder of JTS-Paarden - an organization specializing in the training of young horses. He regularly flies to Ukraine to train athletes and club horses, helps to prepare our athletes for international competitions.
